LEG DAY | The BEST Lower Body Circuit
Here's my absolute FAV lower body circuit. Thanks for watching and please comment your thoughts! ✌🏼 CIRCUIT... Do these 3 moves back to back. ■ THE MOVES 1. Deadlift 2. Romanian Deadlift 3. Wide Stance Goblet Squat ■ THE EQUIPMENT I use a Hex Bar here but use what you are comfortable with. The goal is to transition QUICKLY from one move to the next. So using the same equipment helps! ■ THE REPS AND SETS For the sake of the video, I'm doing 4 reps each. I had just finished an entire workout 😆 😫 Me personally, I want to focus on sculpting the muscle, along with muscle endurance. I aim to do a minimum of 10 reps each move. I always suggest doing at least 3 sets.
